For Philadelphia at Arizona - We are looking at a gametime temperature of 113and the chance of precipitation is irrelevant with the retractable roof.

For Washington at San Fransisco - We are looking at a gametime temperature of 62°and the chance of precipitation is minimal to nonexistent.
